Your customers begin making an online appointment with you by selecting the service they are interested in. The service title, description, price ( if you want to display one ) and reservation link are displayed in the Octomize "window" from your website.

After clicking on the Make a Reservation link, they are presented a page where they may select the date, time, and service provider.
In Step 1, your customer may select the year, month, and day. All of your business holidays and vacations identified in the Octomize Administration Holidays area will disable the day from selection.
The Step 2 area displays the business locations in either radio selectable or a listing if there are 4 or more. If your appointment is on the Internet, no address is displayed.
Step 3 presents the service providers and the times they are available. Previously scheduled appointments ( business and personal ) will block out the time to prevent booking more customers than can be served.
If your appointment offers traveling to your customers selected location ( defined by you ), then a customer's address form is displayed. With this option a location map is displayed with a circle identifying the distance you are willing to travel for the appointment.
Your customer's appointment selection is highlighted in yellow as shown here. Once your customer is satisfied with their selection, they click on the Continue button to share their contact information and make the appointment.

At the cart step, they may add a special note to the service provider. The appointment time, service provider, and location are presented to your customer to help remind them of their selections. Should they change their mind, they may click on the Change link in the Time: area.

Reminders are set in the next page. Email reminders are the default. Optionally, your customer may select to have text message reminders. They may enter their mobile phone contact information as shown here.

The text message and email reminder frequency and notice time are set in your Octomize Administration area.
