The following scenario will show you the simple steps your customer will follow to schedule an appointment with you.
Present your products and services from your website
Once you complete a few simple business setup steps, your classes, seminars, events, or workships are conveniently displayed within a window to the Octomize scheduling software. You can add pictures for each service. Calendar events are shown in date sequence. Only current events are displayed.
When the event is filled to your pre-set capacity, the event is displayed as full. Should a cancellation occur, the event is automatically re-opened for another registration.
Your customers may then select the event from this page to complete the registration.
The next step allows your customer the opportunity to register more than just one person. Here we are going to register two people. Very simple contact information is requested so you can keep in touch with the attendee and they can individually cancel their registration.
After entering the attendee information the customer enters their contact information.
Reminders will be sent out automatically to the customer and employee depending on their choice. At the Customer and Billing information step, your customer may choose to be reminded by email, text message, or both. The email reminders are set out several days ( you choice of days ) before the appointment. The text messages are sent out on two occassions. The first one is sent several days before the appointment. The second one is sent about 4 hours before the appointment.
The next to the last step in the reservation process is a review. Your customer is presented all of the reservation and billing information. Should you require pre-payment before the reservation completion, you can request the customer pay through PayPal to your PayPal account.
The final step displays the completed reservation and notification that the confirmation email has been sent.

The confirmation emails are branded with your business name, optional tag line, and image.
Should the attendee need to cancel, there is a link back to your website for further processing.
Each attendee and the order entry customer will receive the same order confirmation email.
Convenient appointment rescheduling
The Cancel / Reschedule link displays the appointment and a Cancel / Reschedule button.
Upon clicking the Cancel / Reschedule button, the cancellation is confirmed and your customer may reschedule the new event if available with the Select New Event button.
The original registration is removed from the active registration list and is now immediately available for another customer's selection.
