"As a small business with a national clientele, I use technology tools to not only improve my productivity but also the business experience my customers have with my company. To that end, I use multiple web tools including Voice Over IP (VOIP), web conferencing and web casting, e-commerce and web calendaring and scheduling systems. I've tried several products in each group mostly to my dissatisfaction and it has taken awhile to find the best tool or service for my company in an affordable price range.
The biggest trouble I had has been scheduling client appoints as a career consultant, it is foundation of my services. After testing out with free trials over 10 schedule systems and actually purchasing monthly subscriptions to two of them, I finally found Octomize. In this case three times was the charm, because it has turned out to be everything the other services offered and all they forgot to offer as well. It is a robust customer relationship management system that not only schedules appointments but can cross sell and market additional products, track personal time, deal the intricacies of repeat yet varied types of appointments, and easily scale in volume.
I have been delighted with the product, and the company behind it. The customer service, when rarely required, has been prompt and thorough in resolving my questions and problems. The ease of use of the interface had certainly gotten both my customers and administrative staff smiling again. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to grow a small business without sufficient manpower and money. It makes you look like the big-time!"
"Very pleased with Octomize Scheduler as this service allows my clients to book an appointment, day or night. They get to choose the day and time that I am available, while I am out on a job. On my phone I will be notified via email that I have a new appointment, as to who they are, address, city phone and email. Octomize Scheduler has a 150 mile map that shows me where I have to drive to and if it is in my radius of service, as well as the customer knowing if I work in their area. This map has eliminated so many telephone calls. And it has saved me so much time with endless driving around trying to find their business or home. I love this new virtual employee! Even got a new appointment on New Years Day!"
