Scheduling One-on-One Appointments

Our appointment scheduling services software is flexible and convenient to use in or to support your business needs. We strive to make our scheduling services work for you so you may have more time to focus on your core business.
The following scenario will show you the simple steps your customer will follow to schedule an appointment with you.
Present your products and services from your website
Once you complete a few simple business setup steps, your services and products are conveniently displayed with a window to the Octomize scheduling software. You can add pictures for each service and set the display order.

Your customers may then select the service and reserve an appointment.

The reservation process is convenient and simple to complete. Just three steps to select the date, service provider, and appointment time. Behind the scenes, each employee synchronizes their personal time with their work time. If the employee is on vacation, out ill, or has a personal appointment, that time is blocked out for a public business appointment.

Once your customer has chosen their date and time they may continue to the shopping cart to add a personal note for this appointment.

Reminders will be sent out automatically to the customer and employee depending on their choice. At the Customer and Billing information step, your customer may choose to be reminded by email, text message, or both. The email reminders are set out several days ( you choice of days ) before the appointment. The text messages are sent out on two occassions. The first one is sent several days before the appointment. The second one is sent about 4 hours before the appointment.

The next to the last step in the appointment reservation process is a review. Your customer is presented all of the reservation and billing information. Should you require pre-payment before the appointment, you can request the customer pay through PayPal to your PayPal account.

The final step displays the completed appointment reservation and notification that the confirmation email has been sent.

The confirmation emails are branded with your business name, optional tag line, and image.
To help your customer find your place of business, we have included a Map It button that will open a web browser window and display your location.
Should your customer have a need to cancel and reschedule the appointment, there is a link back to your website for further processing.

The reschedule link displays the appointment and a Reschedule Appointment button.

Upon clicking the Reschedule Appointment button, the cancellation is confirmed and your customer may reschedule the new appointment with the Select New Appointment button.
The original appointment is removed from all calendars and is now immediately available for another customer's selection.
